All shows are owned by their producers. Permission must be granted by the producer for the show to be keep for possible re-casble cast. The producer agrees to leave a DVD copy of his show for possible re0cable casting.
Written show agreements are required for the for the first showing of a show to be cablecast.
Shows must be submitted or transferred to DVD for cable casting.
The producer must retrieve his DVD with 60 days for a shows that have not been been granted for possible re-cable casting.
It is at the soul discression of MCTV 15 whither a show does get re-cable cast.
Show numbers are maintained on a spreadsheet and on the website.
Producers own the copyright to their own shows. Producers can grant the MCTV 15 permission to make copies available for a small donation.
