MCTV15 is signup up for the Basic plan at DabbleDB. This costs $25 per month and provides:

* a maximum of five users;

* up to 1Gb of attachment storage; and

* secured access to our data.

This service is automatically paid monthly from MCTV15's debit card. The login name for accounts is an email address. There are three accounts in use:

* john@mctv15.org [admin];

* info@mctv15.org [read and write]; and

* audra@mctv15.org [read and write].

In using DabbleDB to manage data, MCTV15 should:

* regularly review our data and reporting needs;

* regularly audit the data to ensure completeness and correctness;

* seek to improve data gathering while minimizing effort.

* perform a complete data backup at least once per month;

* ensure that each individual that has write access has a personal user account;

* manage access to the editing / writing functions;

* manage access to the reading functions; and

* ensure that the automatic debit payment for service is maintained.
