• Give information about the various services available.
  • Access Producers for Individual, Family, Students and Non-Profits.
  • Public Service Annoucement.
  • Professional Production Services.
  • Our Grant Program.
  • Transfer and duplication of show.
  • Sponsorship of MCTV 15 service.
  • Underwritting of local productions.

• Encourage people to watch channel 15 on televsion.

• Distribute the television schedule via email, web and print form.
  • Motels, Hospital, Hospice, Bookstore, Chamber, City Hall, News paper, Radio station, Northland Cable.

• Encourage access producers to promote their own shows.

• Create regular news releases and distribute them via email and print form to COS, Board members, Radio, News \paper, Cities, County, Chamber and Service clubs. Atleast two per month.

• Maintain timely schedule of events on website.

• Maintain adgendas and minutes for board meetings on website and hard copies in the office.

• Maintain show number list on website and spreadsheet database.

• Maintain an up-to-date show schedule on webite.

• Maintain an up-to-date access producer and volunteer list online and in print form at the studio.

• Ecourage staff, producers and board to use the website for communication, collaboration and sharing.
