Reseting Headend

• Headend system manual rest procedure.
  1. Turn on both the computer monitor and the cable television monitor.
  2. On the computer, select the 'Turn Off Computer' option located in the 'Start' menu. Then click on 'Restart'
  3. After the computer restarts, move the mouse pointer to the left.
  4. Ensure the EBB is being displyed on the cable televsion monitor.

• When the power goes out. The headend cable casting system will remain active for approximately 20 minutes via it's uninteruptable power supply (UPS).

• When power returns after a long outage, the system should automatically restart. Use the manual procedure if it fails.
