Signing Out Equipment

• Access producers in good standing have the right to check-out equipment for a public access production.

• All equipment leaving the studio must be signed out. Details of the equipment to be signed-out and it's condition are to be noted on the sign out form.

• The access producer is responsible for all the equipment he has signed out. Loss or damage must be reported. The access producer must be prepared to replace equipment lost or damaged.

• The access producer checking out the equipment must be trained in using that equipment.

• Checked out equipment must not be left in a vehicle when the weather is extremely hot or cold. This can damage or destroy the equipment.
