• Make is more inviting for people to visit the studio, e.g., what the will see, any hands-on activities, etc

• List of scheduled programs only includes information on hosts; what about the programs? No bio on Therese Swenson or Mikaelah Cordeo

• Emphasize the exciting activities the station does e.g., video clips of different shows and local events, hands-on learning for students

• Include success stories of students and community members.

• Include more testimonials and put closer to beginning of home page.

• Capture email address to stay in touch; Constant Contact.

• Blog about happenings at the studio and community TV

• Research other community access channel and see what you like / don't like about their sites.

• Include interesting articles on community TV

• Include a "Click on what's playing now" button

• Information on submitting a free announcement for a community event.

• Have theme months highlighting events around Siskiyou County e.g., music performances, plays, nonprofit events, city council meetings.

• Not sure why you have business planning tips

• The site mentions supporters; what about the many other potential partners in the Siskiyou County

• Offer workshops on directing, producing, acting, editing

• Videotape COS instructors giving lectures and make available for downloading

• Contest for best submitted commercial of performance.

We have had the website up and running for many years. In that time it has grown from a few pages to well over 700 pages. The top level navigation has been designed to provide quick and easy access to our most important information. The website has been demonstrated to many groups of people over the years, enjoys a small amount of regular traffic and is well indexed by Google and other search engine's. Is it perfect? far from it. Could it be worse? absolutely. Please do not change the navigation system with out careful consideration and collaboration. I would be willing to work with anyone in an effort to improve out web site. - John Cumming
