| Minutes SMC Special Board Meeting MCTV 15 Studio, COS June 10, 2010 President Messer called the meeting to order at 9:06 AM Board Members Present: Cory, Dillmann, Johnston, Messer, Stensaas Absent: Crow Public Comment: None Discussion and action to approve 2010-11 Fiscal Year Budget: After a lengthy discussion of ways to meet financial responsibilities if income in the budget is not realized and agreement that the actual income and expenses will be carefully monitored so the Board can make timely decisions to keep SMC operating efficiently in the next fiscal year, Dillmann moved to approve Mitigated B Budget.
